the processing of a return

 

Do you want to return an item? No problem – you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the goods and return them to us.

Important information about returns:

Returns must be made within 14 days after receivingof the goods.

The costs of the return are borne by the buyer.

Please ensure that the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Personalized or custom-made products are excluded from return.

We recommend keeping the tracking number until the return is completed, to allow for clarification with the shipping service provider in case of problems.

1. Return Form

Please print our return form using the clickable link below.

Fill it out carefully (also possible electronically) and place it, COMPLETELY FILLED OUT, in the return package.

Note:

To fill out the form electronically on mobile devices, please download it and open it in a suitable app (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader).

 

2. Return Label

Please ensure the goods are securely packaged and the package is sufficiently franked. The costs for the return are to be borne by the customer.

 

3. Refund

Once we received the return, we will usually refund the amount within a few days, but no later than 14 days.

The refund will be made using the refund method specified in the return form.
