Processing a return

Would you like to return an item? No problem – you have the right to cancel your order and return it to us within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Important information regarding returns:

The return must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

You as the buyer bear the costs of the return .

Please ensure that the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging .

Personalized or individually manufactured products are non-returnable .

We recommend that you keep the tracking number until the return is completed so that you can clarify any issues with the shipping service provider in the event of a problem.

This is how the return works:

1. Return slip

Please print out our return slip using the clickable link.

Please fill this out carefully and neatly (also possible electronically ) and place it FULLY COMPLETED in the package.

2. Return label

Please ensure that the goods are securely packaged and adequately stamped. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer .

3. Refund

Once we receive the return, we will usually refund the amount within a few days, but no later than within 14 days.

The refund will be made using the refund method specified in the return form.
